BILL NO. 24-0299 TWENTY FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2002 To amend Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-20 for Plot No. 9, North Street, Christiansted, St. Croix, from R-3 to B-3 _--()--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Title 29, chapter 3, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning’Map No. SCZ-20, for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation of Plot No. 9, North Street, Christiansted, St. Croix consisting of approximately 2296 square feet as described on Measure-Bnief dated June 15, 1995, from R-3 (Residential — Medium Density ) to B-3 (Business — Scattered).
