July 25, 2019 Amendment 2 - RFP-026-T-2019 (P) – To provide Teachers and Administrators in the Territory with Autism Instructional Practices Questions/Answers: ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED. BIDDERS MUST ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF THIS AMENDMENT WITH THEIR BID PROPOSAL. Question: If notarized written consent cannot be obtained by references, will our letters of recommendation still be considered? Answer: The Evaluation Committee will review the complete proposal package and rate accordingly. Question: Is there a specific written consent form that will need to be notarized or does the Reference Letter itself need to be notarized? Answer: There is not a specific form, it is acceptable to have the letter itself notarized. Question: How many staff /educators would this project need to support? Answer: The Department requests approximately 60 staff/educators for this project— six (6) schools, ten (10) staff/educators per school. Question: The data provided states 94 students with autism. Is this the number of students to be supported by the project? …

BIDDERS MUST ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF THIS AMENDMENT WITH THEIR BID PROPOSAL. Is this the number of students to be supported by the project? Answer: The Department estimated the number of students at 94. However, this number may increase or decrease based on the enrollment/un-enrollment of students for the upcoming school year.
