BILL NO, 28-0273 TWENTY-EIGHTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2010 An Act providing an appropriation for operating expenses of the Bureau of Motor Vehicles of the Government of the Virgin Islands during the fiscal year October 1, 2010, to September 30, 2011, Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following sum, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the funds in the Transportation Trust Fund into the Bureau of Motor Vehicles Fund for operating expenses, including wages of salaried employees of the Bureau of Motor Vehicles, during the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2010, and ending September 30, 2011, as follows: FISCAL YEAR 2011 2094 BUREAU OF MOTOR VEHICLES 360 BUREAU OF MOTOR VEHICLES TOTAL BUREAU OF MOTOR VEHICLES $1,000,000 TOTAL BUREAU OF MOTOR VEHICLES $1,000,000 Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 21, 2010. . th Witness our Hands and Seal of the Legislature of the Virgin Islands this Bo” Day of September, A.D., 2010. …
