ACT NO. 7480 BILL NO. 30-0079 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2013 An Act rezoning Parcel No. 18A Estate Smith Bay, St. Thomas from R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) to B-2 (Business-Secondary/Neighborhood) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 3 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official Zoning Map STZ-10 is amended by changing the zoning designation of Parcel No. 18A Estate Smith Bay, Nos. 1, 2, and 3 East End Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 1.041 U.S. acres, as shown on OLG Map No. D9-7646-T005, from R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) to B2 (Business-Secondary/Neighborhood).
