ACTNO. 6866 BILL NO. 26-0334 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Special Session 2006 An Act amending 33 V.LC., section 3033 relating to the Health Insurance Fund ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 33 Virgin Islands Code, section 3033, subsection (b) is amended by adding a new paragraph (4) to read as follows: “(4) proceeds derived from the Medicare Part D subsidy.” Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 29, 2006.
