ACTNO. 8360 BILL NO. 33-0408 THIRTY-THIRD LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2020 An Act providing an appropriation from the Government Insurance Fund of the Government of the Virgin Islands to the Department of Labor and the Department of Finance for operating expenses during the fiscal year October 1, 2020 to September 30, 2021 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following sum, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Government Insurance Fund for operating expenses, including wages of salaried employees of the Department of Finance, Office of the Custodian and the Department of Labor, and Commercial Properties Administration, in administering the said fund during the fiscal year October 1, 2020 to September 30, 2021, as hereinafter specified: FY 2021 6000 GOVERNMENT INSURANCE FUND 370 DEPARTMENT OF LABOR TOTAL DEPARTMENT OF LABOR $1,790,912 390 DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE TOTAL DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE $1,102,525 TOTAL GOVERNMENT INSURANCE FUND $2,893,437 Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on Septem …
