ACT NO, 7724 BILL NO. 30-0547 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2014 An Act ratifying Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZT-01-12(L&W) issued to AT&T Virgin Islands, Inc. —-0--- WHEREAS, the St. Thomas Committee of the Virgin Islands Coastal Zone Management Commission issued Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZT-01-12(L&W) to AT&T Virgin Islands, Inc. on December 4, 2014, and the Governor approved the Permit on December 12, 2014; and WHEREAS, Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZT-01-12(L&W) allows for the use and occupancy of the submerged lands occupied by the existing seven 4” diameter fiber optic underwater communication cables, located seaward of Parcel Nos. 2, 3 and 4 Estate Peterborg, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands; and WHEREAS, title 12 Virgin Islands Code, section 911, subsection (e), provides that the Governor’s approval must be ratified by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands; and WHEREAS, the Legislature has determined that the grant of Major Coastal Zone Permit No. …
