It is hereby ORDERED that the September 22, 2016 Judgment is hereby AMENDED as follows: on page 2, after the third line, which states “AFFIRMED; and it is further” the following sentence shall be added “ORDERED that the Superior Court’s December 15, 2015 nunc pro tunc order granting partial summary judgment is AFFIRMED; and it is further”.
