ACT NO. %296 BILL NO. 29-0185 Twenty-Ninth Legislature Of The Virgin Islands Regular Session 2011 An Act providing for an appropriation from the Tourism Advertising Revolving Fund to the Office of the Governor, the Virgin Islands Police Department, the Department of Public Works, the Virgin Islands Waste Management Authority and the Department of Tourism during the Fiscal Year beginning October 1, 2011 and ending September 30, 2012 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the use limitations on the use of funds prescribed in 32 V.I.C., §3072, the following sums or so much thereof as may be necessary are appropriated from any funds available in the Tourism Advertising Revolving Fund, to the Office of the Governor, Bureau of Economic Research, to conduct traveler exit surveys, to the Virgin Islands Police Department for Police operations on St. Thomas/St. John and St. …
