Rss I ACTNO, 7099 BILL NO. 28-0140 TWENTY-EIGHTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2009 An Act amending Act No. 7081 to provide for appropriations for various capital projects Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Act No. 7081 (Bill No. 28-0089), Section 2, subsection (L), (other capital projects), page 8 is amended in the following instances: (a) in the second line-item, by striking the sum “$320,000” and inserting “$150,000” in its place; (b) in the third line-item, by striking the sum “$280,000” and inserting “$500,000” in its place; and (c) by inserting the following line-items at the end of subsection (1): “$200,000 to DPW for the construction of a restroom facility at Plot 113-CA Estate Cane Bay, St. Croix; $50,000 to the Dept of Veterans’ Affairs for renovations and repairs to the Myron G. Danielson, American Legion Post # 85; $100,000 to DHPR for renovations and upgrades to Estate Mon Bijou playground, basketball court and softball field; $25,000 to DHPR for the purchase of bleachers and upgrades at the Estate Profit, St. …
