ACT NO. %348 BILL NO. 29-0287 TWENTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2012 An Act ratifying the Governor’s approval of Major Coastal Zone Permit No CZT-11-06 (W) issued to Compass Point Marina, Inc. ---0--- WHEREAS, the St. Thomas Committee of the Virgin Islands Coastal Zone Commission issued Major Coastal Zone Permit No CZT-11-06 (W) to Compass Point Marina, Inc., on September 13, 2011, which authorizes the continued occupancy of the submerged land by existing dock 2, Dock 3E and Dock 4, the occupancy on and development of submerged land of two additional docks to provide 162 slips, ninety- three new mooring piles to provide a total of 119 mooring piles, twelve day markers to mark the navigational channel, and additionally the Permit brings into compliance the existing 3 inch, 488 ft-intake line and authorizes the occupancy of a total of 203, 170 sq. feet of submerged land, including 27,144 sq. feet for structures and 176.026 sq. feet for mooring located at Parcel No. 41 Remainder and seaward of Parcel No. 41-6-1 Estate Frydenhoj, St. …
