Enforce licensing rules and regulations, and serve citations and summons to individuals not in compliance. Investigate consumer complaints and inspect the Weights and Measure Division. Assist applicants with business licenses. Develop and participate in activities and programs to advise and educate consumers of their rights. Perform other related duties as required and assigned by the Commissioner. U.S. CUSTOMS AND BORDER PROTECTION Customs Inspector/CBP-Officer, part-time, 1/1987-12/2006 Enforce the laws governing the importation or exportation of merchandise including the inspection of cargo, baggage, and articles worn or carried by persons that arrive on vessels entering or leaving the United States.
