ACT NO.8 9 14 BILL NO. 35-0372 THIRTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2024 An Act granting a zoning use variance from the 1-2 (Light Industry) zoning designation for Plot No. 8 Estate Cassava Garden, Queen Quarter, St. Croix ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature ofthe Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238a, a zoning use variance from the 1-2 (Light Industry) zoning designation is granted for Plot No. 8 Estate Cassava Garden, Queen Quarter, St. Croix, consisting of 1.00 U.S. acres, as shown on Drawing No. A9-162-C024, to operate the storage, retail, and wholesale of propane.
