ACTNO, 7250 BILL NO. 29-0052 TWENTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2011 An Act amending Official Zoning Map No. STZ-4 for Parcel No. 3E-1 Estate St. Peter, No. 2 Little Northside Quarter, St. Thomas, from R-1 (Residential - Low Density) to R-2 (Residential — Low Density ~ One and Two Family) ---0)--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to 29 V.LC. § 238, Official Zoning Map STZ-4 for the island of St. Thomas is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel No. 3E-1 Estate St. Peter, No. 2 Little Northside Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 0.86 U.S. acres, as more adequately described on PWD Map. No. G9-2955-T79 from R-1 (Residential — Low Density) to R-2 (Residential - Low Density — One and Two Family). Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on March 23, 2011.
