May 21, 2019 AMENDMENT ONE (1) RFP-015-2019 (P)- The Development of an Energy Assurance Plan for the U.S.V.I. INSERT: QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS Question 1: One missing element is the section D. Timetable. Can you please provide the expectations for award, travel, period of performance and completion? Response: Award timeframe projection June 2019; 150-day performance period. Other aspects are addressed in the contract negotiations Question 2: Given the nature of the plan we would expect there to be some security requirements for the work. Does the GVI intend to apply security and, or and clearance requirements for the performance of this work? Response: Unaware of security clearance requirement at this time, normal GVI contracting language will apply here.
