ACTNO, 7920 BILL NO. 31-0438 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2016 An Act appropriating funds for the operating expenses and capital projects for the Legislature of the Virgin Islands for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2017 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. There is appropriated to the Legislature of the Virgin Islands from the General Fund in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2017: qd) the sum of $19,000,000 for operating expenses; and (2) the sum of $2,000,000 for capital projects. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 21, 2016.
