ACT NO. 6903 BILL NO. 26-0348 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2006 An Act amending Official Zoning Map SC2-15 for Plot No. 70-C Wheel of Fortune, West End Quarter, St. Croix, from R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) to B-3 (Business Scattered) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to 29 V.I.C., chapter 3, Official Zoning Map SC2-15 for the island of St. Croix, is amended by changing the zoning designation of Plot No. 70-C Estate Wheel of Fortune, West End Quarter, St. Croix, consisting of approximately 0.458 U.S. acres as more adequately described on Public Works Drawing No. 1204, dated April 10, 1962, from R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) to B-3 (Business Scattered). Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on December 8, 2006.
