ACTNO, 760% BILL NO. 30-0364 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2014 An Act granting a zoning use variance to Parcel No. 41-5-6 Estate Frydenhoj, No. 3 Red Hook Quarter, St. Thomas, to allow for a guesthouse --0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. A zoning variance is granted to Parcel No. 41-5-6 Estate Frydenhoj, No. 3 Red Hook Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, consisting of 0.43 US acres, as described on PWD Map No. D9-396-T63, from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two-Family) for use of the property as a guesthouse. All other requirements of the R-2 zoning district continue to apply to the subject property.
