ACT NO.6468 BILL NO. 24-0172 TWENTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2001 To grant a zoning vanance for Parcel No. 16, Estate Havensight, No. 6A, Frenchman’s Bay Quarter, St. Thomas for the purpose of operating a bed and breakfast business .--0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, chapter 3, section 238a, Virgin Islands Code, a zoning vanance is granted for Official Zoning District Map No. STZ-7 for the island of St. Thomas, Parcel No. 16, Estate Havensight, No. 6A, Frenchman’s Bay Quarter, St. Thomas, consisting of approximately 0.739 U.S. acres, as shown on P.W.D. Drawing No. F9-619-T60, dated October 11, 1996, for the purpose of operating a bed and breakfast business. All other requirements of the R-1 zoning designation shall continue to apply. ° Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on November 8, 2001.
