St. Thomas seat capacity is up by about 60 percent (winter) and 70 percent (summer) over FY 2020. July – December 2021 will have an additional $4M budgeted for marketing initiatives to ensure the USVI defends its current lead market position and investment in building brand awareness in the overnight and marine markets.
