Be it enacted hy the Senate and House of Representatives of the Virgin Islands. United States of America in Congress assembled^ That (a) subsection Unemployment (d) of section 301 of the Emergency Compensation and Special Unem- fund loans, ployment Assistance Extension Act of 1975 is amended— «^*®nop"oon^ (1) by striking out "June 30,1976" and inserting in lieu thereof note "September 30,1977"; and (2) by striking out "$5,000,000" and inserting in lieu thereof "$15,000,000". (b) Subsection (c) of such section 301 is amended by striking out "January 1, 1978" each place it appears and inserting in lieu thereof "January 1, 1979". Approved July 12, 1976.
