IMT 4TH QUARTER REPORT 2021 A. USE OF FORCE - Paragraph 37 During this Quarter, IMT reviewed 19 Use of Force cases. Of the 19 cases, the IMT claims that four (4) were found not to be in compliance. UOFT2021-0063, 0076-0077 – VIPD disagrees with the IMT’s assessment of this case.
