ACT NO. 7905 BILL NO. 31-0411 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2016 An Act appropriating funds from the Government Insurance Fund for operating expenses of the Department of Finance and the Department of Labor for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2017 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following sums, or so much as may be necessary, are appropriated from the Government Insurance Fund for expenses, including wages of salaried employees to the Department of Finance, Office of the Custodian and the Department of Labor, Division of Occupational Safety and Health and the Division of Workers’ Compensation. FISCAL YEAR 2017 6000 GOVERNMENT INSURANCE FUND 370 DEPARTMENT OF LABOR TOTAL DEPARTMENT OF LABOR $1,342,053 390 DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE TOTAL DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE $759,343 TOTAL GOVERNMENT INSURANCE FUND $2,101,396 Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin islands on September 21, 2016.
