ACT NO. 6679 BILL NO. 25-0181 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2004 To amend various provisions of Act No. 6638, which established the Virgin Islands Waste Management Authority and other related purposes. ---)--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 29, chapter 8, Virgin Islands Code, as added by Act No. 6638 (Bill No. 25-0082), is amended in the following instances: {a) §495 is amended in the following instances: {1) the second subsection (1), is amended by designating the definition of ‘person’ as subsection (s) and the following subsections ihereafter are Te- designated accordingly; (2) subsection {aa}, is amended in the following mstances: (A) The language ‘including solid, liquid, semisolid, or contained gaseons material’ is hereby added after the phrase ‘and other discarded material’ which appears in the third line; (B) The language (Section 1342 of Title 33, United States Code) is deleted and the following language is inserted in lieu thereof, (Section 402 of the Federal Water and Pollution …
