ACT NO.6604 BILL NO. 25-0168 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2004 To amend Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-7 for Plot No. 5B Estate St. Peters, Company Quarter, Christiansted, St. Croix, from R-2 (Residential Low Density-One and Two Family) to B-3 (Business-Scattered) ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, chapter 3, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-7 for the island of St. Croix, is amended by changing the zoning designation of Plot No. 5B Estate St. Peters, Company Quarter, Christiansted, St. Croix,Virgin Islands consisting of approximately 0.4949 U.S. acres as more adequately described on Department of Public Works Drawing No. 4938, dated August 9, 1994 and revised November 17, 1994, from R-2 (Residential-Low Density — One and Two Family) to B-3 (Business-Scattered).
