ACTNO, 7605 BILL NO. 30-0362 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2014 An Act granting a zoning use variance for Parcels Nos. 15 and 15B Remainder Estate Smith Bay, Nos. 1, 2, and 3 East end Quarter, St. Thomas, to allow for professional offices and repealing Act No. 7173 —-0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238a, a zoning use variance from the uses allowed in R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) zoning designation is granted for Parcels Nos. 15 and 15B Remainder Estate Smith Bay, Nos. 1, 2, and 3 East End Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 4.695 U.S. acres, as more adequately shown on PWD Map No. A9-738-T009, to allow for professional offices on the conditions that: (a) The professional office buildings must be set back a minimum distance of 50 feet from any adjacent residential building; and (b) All other requirements of the R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) Zoning designation continue to apply to the property. …
