AM ATA 1Qn BILL NO. 29-0411 TWENTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2012 An Act providing an appropriation for operating expenses of the Department of Public Works and the Waste Management Authority from the St. John Capital Improvement Fund during the fiscal year October 1, 2012 through September 30, 2013 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the limitations on the use of the Fund prescribed in 33 V.I.C. §3057 (a), the following sums, or so much of them as may be necessary, are appropriated from the St. John Capital Improvement Fund for operating expenses, including maintenance, supplies, machinery and equipment and other purposes of the Department of Public Works and the Waste Management Authority for the fiscal year October 1, 2012 through September 30, 2013.
