ACT NO. 6820 BILL NO. 26-0196 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2005 To appropriate the sum of $1,500,000 to the Department of Human Services for the purchase of the Massac Nursing Facility in Estate Hope, St. Thomas and for other various purposes ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The sum of $1,500,000 is appropriated for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2006, from the General Fund to the Department of Human Services for the purchase of the Massac Nursing Facility located on Parcel #15B Estate Hope No. 5 West End Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands.
