TWENTY-SEVENTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS ~ Regular Session 2007 An Act appropriating $2,900,000 to the Department of Public Works for the construction of the Leonardo “Nardo” Trotman Drive and a road from the Leonardo “Nardo” Trotman Drive to the East End Library, making appropriations to the Department of Public Works to repair the Estate Lower Pearl Road and for flood control at Morning Star Hill Estates and Estate LaGrange and to ratify a contract between the Government and A-9 Trucking ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1 The sum of $2,900,000 is appropriated for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2007, from the balance of the funds appropriated by Act No. 6587(a)(ii), as amended by Act No. 6816, for the Carifest Theme Park, to the Department of Public Works, for the construction of the Leonardo “Nardo” Trotman Drive to include a road to access the proposed public library to be built at Nos. 26A, 33A, and 39, Estate Charlotte Amalie, No. 3 New Quarter on St. Thomas.
