September 1, 2020 AMENDMENT TWO (2) IFB051DPPC20 (S)- Delivery of Tires and Batteries for the Department of Property and Procurement, St. Croix, USVI INSERT: ACCEPTANCE OF CONTRACT TEMPLATE AND OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS By submitting a bid in response to this IFB, the bidder agrees to accept the boilerplate terms and conditions of the Government’s standard Supply Contract, a copy of which is attached to this IFB, if the bidder is selected for award. All other terms and conditions remain the same. A copy of this amendment must be returned with your bid.
