Design and implement research based approaches to improve student retention and graduation rates • 2B1. By spring 2017, UVI will increase retention rates (first year to second year) by 15 percent above current levels (72 percent). 2E. Integrate the Center for Student Success (CSS) throughout the University. (e.g., student affairs, faculty advisement and financial aid). • 2E6.
