ACT NO. 6970 BILL NO. 27-0136 TWENTY-SEVENTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2007 An Act amending Act No. 6969, section 6 relating to the commencement date of the Fifth Constitutional Convention ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Act No. 6969 (Bill No. 27-0077) is amended in SECTION 6 after “convene” by inserting the following phrase: “on October 29, 2007, at 10 a.m.” Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on October 18, 2007.
