Notwithstanding 33 Virgin Islands Code, section 3003a(e), the following sum, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Transportation Trust Fund to the Virgin Islands Bureau of Motor Vehicles for operating expenses, including wages of salaried employees of the Virgin Islands Bureau of Motor Vehicles for the fiscal year October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2024. 8008/9 TRANSPORTATION TRUST FUND FY 2024 360 BUREAU OF MOTOR VEHICLES TOTAL 360 BUREAU OF MOTOR VEHICLES $1,000,000 CONTRIBUTION TO THE GENERAL FUND $5,000,000 8008/9 TOTAL TRANSPORTATION TRUST FUND $6,000,000 Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 22, 2023. …
