E. Francis, Jr., by Request of the Governor Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: 1 SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238a, a zoning 2 use variance from the I-2 (Light Industry) zoning designation is granted for Plot No. 8 Estate 3 Cassava Garden, Queen Quarter, St. Croix, consisting of 1.00 U.S. acres, as shown on Drawing 4 No. A9-162-C024 to operate the storage, retail, and wholesale of propane. 5 BILL SUMMARY 6 This bill grants a zoning use variance from the I-2 (Light Industry) zoning designation 7 for Plot No. 8 Estate Cassava Garden, Queen Quarter, St. Croix to allow the operation of 8 storage, retail, and wholesale of propane. 9 BR24-1172/August 21, 2024/HLF 10 G35-075 11
