ACT NO, 7920 BILL NO. 31-0427 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2016 An Act appropriating monies for salaries and expenses of the University of the Virgin Islands for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2017 and for other purposes o--0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The sum of $23,902,208, or as much as may be necessary, is appropriated from any available funds in the Treasury of the Virgin Islands to be transferred to the University of the Virgin Islands Fund for expenditure by the University of the Virgin Islands during the fiscal year ending September 30, 2017 for the purposes named in this section in accordance with the provisions of title 17 Virgin Islands Code, chapters 33 and 35. …
