ACTNO. 8662 BILL NO. 34-0359 THIRTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2022 An Act amending Official Zoning Map No. STZ-7 to change the zoning designation of Parcel No. 3-103 Remainder Estate Bovoni, Nos. 1 & 2 Frenchman’s Bay Quarter, St. Thomas from R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) to B-3 (Business-Scattered) —o— Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official Zoning Map No. STZ-7 for the island of St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, is amended by changing the zoning designation of Parcel No. 3-103 Remainder Estate Bovoni, Nos. 1 & 2 Frenchman’s Bay Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 0.1707 U.S. acre as described on OLG Drawing No. D9-5654-T94 dated October 13, 2012, from R-3 (Residential- Medium Density) to B-3 (Business-Scattered).
