AOT NO. $120 BILL NO. 32-0299 THIRTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2018 An Act to amend Official Zoning District Map SCZ-12 and 17 to allow for the rezoning of Parcel No. 4B Estate Bethlehem Middle Works, Kings Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands from P (Public) and I-i (Heavy Industry) to P (Public) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, the Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-12 and 17 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel No. 4B Estate Bethlehem Middle Works, Kings Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 19.4672 U.S. acres, as shown on Drawing No. A9-128-C017, from P (Public) and I-i (Heavy Industry) to P (Public).
