ACTNO.8 803 BILL NO. 35-0219 THIRTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2023 An Act changing the date for commencing the 2024 regular session of the Legislature of the Virgin Islands to January 22, 2024 ---0)--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the authority conferred on the Legislature of the Virgin Islands by section 7(a) of the Revised Organic Act of the Virgin Islands, 48 U.S.C. § 1573(a), to change the commencement date of the annual regular session of the Legislature, the 2024 regular session of the Legislature of the Virgin Islands commences on January 22, 2024.
