We built our home and reside in it. WE'RE GOING DOWN THAT SAME PATH WE DID SOME YEARS AGO REGARDING THE REZONING. OUR SEWER SYSTEM CAN'T TAKE ANYMORE ADDED TO IT. EIGHTY PERSENT OF THE TIME IT SMELLS HORRIBLE AND IT'S NOT GETTING ANY BETTER. WHAT HE'S ASKING IS THE SAME THING HE ASKED FOR BEFORE JUST IN A DIFFERENT FORM. REZONING THE PROPERTY TO BUSINESS OPENS THE WAY FOR HIM TO GET EXACTLY WHAT HE WAS ASKING FOR ORIGINALLY TO. I SAY NO NO NO TO REZONING OF THAT PROPERTY.
