GOVERNMENT OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Public Services Commission IN RE: CARIBBEAN W2E CONVERSION USVI, INC. ) Docket Nos. 639 and 648 APPLICATION FOR QUALIFYING FACILITY ) Order No. 62/2015 DESIGNATION ) ) ORDER - WHEREAS, on October 6, 2014, the Virgin Islands Public Services Commission (hereinafter “the Commission” or “PSC”) received an Application from Caribbean W2E Conversion USVI, Inc. (hereinafter “Caribbean W2E”) seeking designation as a qualifying facility in the United States Virgin Islands; and WHEREAS, on the Commission established and opened Docket 639 to consider that October 6, 2014 application; and WHEREAS, on December 16, 2014, Caribbean W2E requested that its Application seeking designation as a qualifying facility be withdrawn, the Commission therefore ORDERED that the Application be WITHDRAWN; and WHEREAS, in Docket 639 and PSC Order 22/2015, the Commission assessed Caribbean W2E with a docket specific assessment in the amount of three thousand dollars ($3,000.00); and WHEREAS, April 14, 2015 Caribbean W2E satisfied Order 22/2015’s assessment with a …

GOVERNMENT OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Public Services Commission IN RE: CARIBBEAN W2E CONVERSION USVI, INC. ) Docket Nos. 639 and 648 APPLICATION FOR QUALIFYING FACILITY ) Order No. 62/2015 DESIGNATION ) ) ORDER - WHEREAS, on October 6, 2014, the Virgin Islands Public Services Commission (hereinafter “the Commission” or “PSC”) received an Application from Caribbean W2E Conversion USVI, Inc. (hereinafter “Caribbean W2E”) seeking designation as a qualifying facility in the United States Virgin Islands; and WHEREAS, on the Commission established and opened Docket 639 to consider that October 6, 2014 application; and WHEREAS, on December 16, 2014, Caribbean W2E requested that its Application seeking designation as a qualifying facility be withdrawn, the Commission therefore ORDERED that the Application be WITHDRAWN; and WHEREAS, in Docket 639 and PSC Order 22/2015, the Commission assessed Caribbean W2E with a docket specific assessment in the amount of three thousand dollars ($3,000.00); and WHEREAS, April 14, 2015 Caribbean W2E satisfied Order 22/2015’s assessment with a payment in full; and WHEREAS, on April 9, 2015, Caribbean W2E resubmitted their Application seeking designation as a qualifying facility in the United States Virgin Islands, which the Commission redocketed as Docket 648; and WHEREAS, on June 30, 2015, the Commission met in regular session at both its offices on St. Thomas and St. Croix, United States Virgin Islands; and WHEREAS, upon review and deliberation the Commission voted to accept the Application of Caribbean W2E as qualifying facility; and
