ACT NO.65 16 BILL NO. 24-0240 TWENTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2002 To amend Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-20, for Plot No. 19A, Market Street, Christiansted, St. Croix from R-4 to B-3 ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, chapter 3, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-20, for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation of Plot No. 19A, Market Street, Christiansted, St. Croix, from R-4 (Residential - Medium Density) to B-3 (Business — Scattered). Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on May 24, 2002.
