ACTNO. 7550 BILL NO. 30-0230 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2013 An Act providing funds for the operating expenses of the Public Employees Relations Board and the Labor Management Committee for fiscal year October 1, 2013, to September 30, 2014 (xe Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. (a) There is appropriated from the Union Arbitration Award and Government Employees Increment Fund, established pursuant to 33 V.I.C. §3066, the sum of $1,106,370 to the Public Employees Relations Board for operating expenses. (b) The sum appropriated in subsection (a) remains available until expended. SECTION 2. (a) There is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2014, from the Union Arbitration Award and Government Employees Increment Fund, established pursuant to 33 V.LC. §3066, the sum of $175,000 to the Labor Management Committee for operating expenses. (b) The sum appropriated in subsection (a) remains available until expended. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 27, 2013. …
