ACTNO. 6893 BILL NO. 26-0308 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2006 An Act to appropriate the sum of $450,000 from the Land Bank Fund to the Department of Public Works for the implementation of road hazard mitigation measures at Hull Bay Road, St. Thomas and for other telated purposes --0-- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The sum of $450,000 is appropriated from the Land Bank Fund in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2007, to the Department of Public Works for the implementation of road-hazard mitigation measures at Hull Bay Road, St. Thomas, including: installation of an appropriate drainage system; boat ramp improvements; guard rails; traffic control signs; beach parking improvements; trailer parking; beach erosion control drainage systems; and paving the road from the intersection of Route 404 and Route 37 to an area 150 feet beyond the bridge on Hull Bay Beach. SECTION 2. The funds appropriated in SECTION 1 remain available until expended. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Isiands on September 26,2006. …
