ACT NO, 6786 BILL NO. 26-0146 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2005 To provide appropriations for salaries and operating expenses of the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands and the Judicial Council for the Fiscal Year October 1, 2005, to September 30, 2006, and for other purposes --0-- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The sum of $24,929,400 is appropriated from funds in the Treasury of the Virgin Islands in the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2005, and ending September 30, 2006, to the Superior Court for salaries and other operating expenses. SECTION 2. The sum of $389,759 is appropriated from funds in the Treasury of the Virgin Js]ands for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2005, and ending September 30, 2006, to the Judicial Council for salaries and other operating expenses.
