Design Services for Phase 1. Drainage Improvements to Smith Bay Offeror’s: Questions and Responses: 1. Question: Is a list of the firms that participated on the call this morning being made available? Response: DPW has no objections to DPP proyiding the list of attendees who were on the Tele-Conference. 2. Question: Is there a list of M/WBE firms, registered on the Virgin Islands, that we can make use in making a good faith effort to find meaningful participation on our feam. Response: DPW maintains a list of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) for USDOT related projects. The Directory can be found on DPW’s Website at dpw.vi.gov 3. Question: In the pre-proposal call this morning, it was mentioned that a number of drainage studies were completed within the project area. Only excerpts have been made available to in the Appendix of the RFP. We are asking that the full studies be made available for review, during the preparation of our proposal. This would help ‘us to understand the full spectrum of existing conditions, work, previously performed and allow us to ensure our proposal is focused solutions ‘supported by available data. Response: The complete drainage studies are not available at this time. DPW will make an effort to. provide all available reports and data to the selected offeror. A. Question: Considering the proposal due-date is fast approaching, and. the answers to those questions will affect our response to the RFP, | would like to request a one week extension on the proposal due date.
