ACT NO. BILL NO. 29-0130 TWENTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2011 An Act reserving thirty (30%) of the lots or housing units at Parcel No. 2-Remainder Estate Donoe, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands exclusively for veterans until 60 days following the issuance of a certificate of occupancy ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, the Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority shall, upon subdivision or upon completion of the construction of housing units constructed under its jurisdiction located at Parcel No. 2 Remainder Estate Donoe, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, reserve thirty percent (30%) of the parcels of land or housing units for exclusive allotment and sale to qualified veterans who were born in the Virgin Islands or who entered the Armed Forces from the Virgin Islands, in connection with a housing program for veterans, under such rules and regulations as the Executive Director of the Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority may prescribe. …
