Preliminary investigation revealed that Mr. Coleman was last seen on Tuesday, June 20, 2023, in the area of Sapphire Beach Marina on St. Thomas where he resides. Jeffrey Coleman is a Caucasian male, approximately 5’8” to 5’11” and weighs approximately 200 pounds. On Saturday, June 24, 2023, at approximately 7:25 p.m., the partially decomposed body of a male was discovered on the eastern side of Sapphire Beach Marina. The body is believed to be Mr. Jeffrey Coleman. The cause of death is unknown pending an autopsy. …
