November 19 U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS – Governor Albert Bryan Jr. has authorized the Virgin Islands Bureau of Internal Revenue (IRB) to pay out an additional $11 million in Income Tax refunds to tax filers in the territory this week. The Bryan/Roach Administration continues its commitment to addressing the long-standing obligations of the Virgin Islands Government and to making good on its promise to restore the trust of the people in their government.
