BILL NO. 28-0064 GOVERNOR TWENTY-EIGHTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2009 An Act to rezone Parcels No..1-12 and Nos. 1-13 Estate Donoe and Parcels J and K Estate Raphune, St. Thomas, Nos. 2A and 5B New Quarter from R-1 (Residential — Low Density) and R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to R-4 (Residential-Medium Density) ---0-- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official Zoning Map No. STZ-7 for the island of St. Thomas, is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel No. 1-12 and Parcel No. 1-13 Estate Donoe, consisting of 11.636 and 22.936 acres, respectively and Parcels J and K Estate Raphune, St. Thomas, consisting of 7.148 and 3.898 acres respectively, of Nos. 2A and 5B New Quarter as depicted on OLG Maps Nos. A9-699-T007 and A9-692-T006 totaling 45.618 acres from R-1 (Residential-Low Density) and R-2 (Residential - Low Density-(One and Two-Family), as the case may be, to R-4 (Residential-Medium Density). . …
