ACT NO. 8640 BILL NO. 34-0326 THIRTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2022 An Act providing an appropriation for the operating expenses of the Virgin Islands Bureau of Motor Vehicles from the Transportation Trust Fund during the fiscal year October 1, 2022, through September 30, 2023 ---0--- Be it enacted by the legislature ofthe Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding 33 VIC, § 3003a(e), the following sum, or so much of it as necessary, is appropriated from the Transportation Trust Fund to the Virgin Islands Bureau of Motor Vehicles for operating expenses, including wages of salaried employees of the Virgin Islands Bureau of Motor Vehicles for the fiscal year October 1, 2022, through September 30, 2023 8008/9 TRANSPORTATION TRUST FUND 360 BUREAU OF MOTOR VEHICLES FY 2023 TOTAL 360 BUREAU OF MOTOR VEHICLES CONTRIBUTION TO THE GENERAL FUND 8008/9 TOTAL TRANSPORTATION TRUST FUND $ 1,000,000 $ 5,000,000 $ 6,000,000 Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 20, 2022. …
